KUALA LUMPUR, May 12 – Malaysia’s King, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shan and the Queen Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah have extended their Hari Raya Aidilfitri (Eid Mubarak) wishes to Muslims marking the first day of Syawal following a month-long of fasting during the Ramadan.

They had posted their greetings in the Istana Negara official Facebook.

Earlier today, Malaysian National News Agency, BERNAMA, reported that the King and Queen had performed their Aidilfitri prayers at the Istana Negara (National Palace) itself amid strict adherence to the standard operating procedures (SOT) under the ongoing Movement Control Order in the country due to COVID-19.
