SUBANG JAYA, Aug 12: While some young voters may feel that their voting will not make a difference to what happens to the country, a young lecturer, Vinorra Shaker, thinks otherwise.
The vote is for the future generation and how it will affect them, said Vinorra, who is Associate Head, School of Psychology at the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation.
She added that she saw more people from the older generation voting at the time she voted, which was past 1pm.
“Maybe they had voted earlier. But I am sending some pictures and urging my friends to vote,” Vinorra said, adding that she was also the last to vote among family members, who had all voted at the Sekolah Menengah SEAFIELD.
