Thieves Steal 25 Luxury Handbags in Cyberjaya Shopping Mall by Entering Through Toilet Window

PUTRAJAYA, June 13: Police are tracking down three suspects believed to be involved in a break-in at a luxury handbag outlet in a shopping complex in Cyberjaya, resulting in the loss of 25 handbags worth RM90,000.

Sepang District Police chief ACP Norhizam Bahaman said police received a report on the incident at about 12.30 pm yesterday from a woman who owns the premises.

“Checks on closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage revealed that three masked suspects dressed in black entered the premises before ransacking the outlet and taking handbags displayed on the store’s shelves,” he said in a statement today.

According to him, preliminary investigations at the scene found that the suspects were believed to have gained entry into the premises by prising open a toilet window.
