PUTRAJAYA, Sept 11: Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim received a courtesy call from popular Indian movie star Rajinikanth at the Prime Minister’s Office here today.
In his Facebook posting today, Anwar said he appreciated the honour given by the world renowned actor towards his struggles, particularly in bringing up the miseries and sufferings faced by the people.
He said they spoke casually about the social elements that he had fought for, that could be used for the actor’s future films.
The prime minister also wished Rajnikanth continued excellence in the film world.
