KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 5: The Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM) will partner consulting firm Invictus Leader Sdn Bhd to position Malaysia as a leader in innovative HR practices.
They will sign an MoU here on Wednesday to develop and promote advanced HR practices and leadership programmes.
With a strong focus on foresight, regenerative strategies and developing a robust HR innovation ecosystem, this collaboration is expected to empower HR professionals in Malaysia to thrive in an evolving business environment, says Ravi VS, founder and CEO of Invictus Leader, a consulting company here with an international presence.

This partnership will focus on key areas like Foresight HR, which uses strategic foresight methodologies to prepare HR professionals for future challenges, ensuring long-term sustainability and resilience in HR practices, and Regenerative HR that emphases the integration of regenerative principles to create HR systems that sustainable, restorative and adaptive to change.
The MIHRM and Invictus Foresight Learning Workforce Lab will be dedicated to research, learning, and the development of innovative HR solutions leveraging on technology and foresight.
Their collaboration will cover the development of Generation Y or Millennials (people born from 1981-1996) as future leaders, addressing future HR challenges through foresight methodologies, and encouraging innovative and entrepreneurial thinking within organisations, grounded in regenerative principles for adaptability and sustainability.
MIHRM and Invictus will also tailor programmes for mid-career professionals to focus on resilience and regenerative career pathways.
