All About Design, Sustainability, Value Creation at Golden Pin Design Award’s Salon Event On May 11 in KL

KUALA LUMPUR, May 2 – The Golden Pin Design 2023 Award’s Design Perspectives x Golden Pin Salon, an event for professionals in architecture, product and graphic design, will be holding three events on its Asian tour this year, with one in Kuala Lumpur and another in Bangkok this month and the third in Shenzhen, China this June.

The events are organised by the founders of the international annual award programme for designers worldwide – Taiwan Design Research Institute.

At the upcoming hybrid event here, the institute’s President, Chang Chi Yi and Vice-President Oliver Lin are expected to share their perspectives on the emerging trends in design.

Four winners of the Best Design Award, namely: N.K. Kuo, founder of Forest-Wood Archi-Tect.; Ocean Ou, founder of Duolog Design ; Varudh Varavarn, architect and winner of the Silpathorn Award in Thailand; and Vivian Toh, co-founder of Tsubaki Studio in Malaysia are also all set to share their insights about the relationship between design, sustainability and value creation.

The event here on May 11 will be held from 7pm to 9 pm, at the PAM Centre, 99L, Jalan Tandok, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. The event will be also streamed live online.
