NetApp Strengthens Partner Network to Support Digital Growth in the Asia Pacific

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 13: NetApp, a global leader in data infrastructure, is stepping up efforts to support its business partners across the Asia Pacific (APAC) as companies in the region accelerate their digital transformation journeys.

The company is offering a new set of 16 solution areas — ranging from artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud services to cybersecurity and modern data systems — to help partners better serve their customers.

To make this easier and more rewarding for partners, NetApp has introduced new tools, training, and incentives. These include demo kits that allow partners to showcase NetApp’s technology in real-world settings, and certification tracks that help them build expertise in designing and delivering digital services.

With the IT services market in APAC expected to reach over US$325 billion by 2025, NetApp’s programme aims to help partners tap into this growing opportunity and boost their earnings.

NetApp has long been a trusted name in helping businesses manage and make sense of their data. Today, it continues that legacy by helping organisations turn data into a powerful driver of innovation and growth.

Since updating its partner programme, the number of certified NetApp partners offering AI solutions has nearly tripled. This success has earned NetApp industry recognition, including a 2025 Customers’ Choice award from Gartner and a 5-Star rating from CRN for its partner programme.

“Asia Pacific is full of innovation, and businesses here need strong, reliable systems to make the most of their data,” said Ganesan Arumugam, NetApp’s Senior Director for Channel Sales in APAC.

“Our partners are using our tools to reach new markets and deliver real results.” Henry Kho, NetApp’s Area Vice President for ASEAN and Greater China, added that Malaysia’s AI Nation 2030 vision is a shared opportunity.

“We’re proud to support Malaysia’s journey toward becoming a regional leader in AI and data-driven innovation,” he said. Kevin Chong of CTC Global echoed this, noting that NetApp’s support is helping manufacturers in Malaysia build smarter, more efficient operations.
