KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 26: Malaysia is quite satisfied with the tariff agreement with the United States, that includes better market access for the country, said Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry Tengku Zafrul Aziz.
The agreement today was a reaffirmation of what was agreed upon earlier, with a total of 1,711 Malaysian products to enjoy zero tariff rates when exported to the United States. These include palm oil, cocoa and rubber products, he said at a press conference following a meeting at the ongoing 47th Asean Summit in the city today.
